True to Text-Adventure game form, this game has all the features you expect. Lackluster presentation, check. Mind-numbingly torturous controls, check. Only difference between this game and other great Text-Adventure games is this one is niether funny or enjoyable.
10 out of 10 for effort, negative 10,000 for style and grace.

mapster.zip
Mapster is a map editor suitable for games using 8-bit maps in their levels. The editor supports maps of up to 256x256 tiles in size, and the editor automaticly keeps the file size as small as possible. The GUI is included with the program as a PCX image, allowing you to put in your own tile images and alter the GUI skin to your heart's content.
<br><br>
The only catch is that your game will have to use the mapster format, which is OK more mor tile based RPG's

xgui4.ZIP
Very nice OE (operating Environment) made with QB that allows you to have a GUI for DOS. Allows you to run lots of DOS boxes, very much like windows does. Also has a bunch of little program that come with it to keep you enterained and some nice touches like SoundBlaster sound. I look forward to seeing development in this project. The only thing I would critise is that it does lack smooth aesthetics, and thee are still quite a few bugs, but this is the 1st beta release, so you can't expect it to be too stable at the moment.
