!!!Driving simulator / game!!!
Posted by D.J.Peters, on Aug 24th, 2005
Hallo i'm planning a driving simulator / game.
The program should be available on Windows and Linux platforms. A freeware version and a commercial multi-player online version with car- and track editor are planned.
Therefore I'm searching for comrades for this ambitious project for all tasks and fields of responsibilities.
Developer
For the physics-engine, sound-engine, 3d-engine (software, OpenGL, DirectX), client/server protocol, car/track/texture tools and the AI / KI engine.
3D arts
For the cars and the tracks.
2D arts
For the 2D program graphics, menus, textures, and the web-site-design.
Writers
For the program documentation and the web-site (german/english).
I guess that it's realistic to assume a development time of one year for the freeware version - provided that competent team comes together for this amitious and exciting project.
Please put your message here. (english and german)
